Job Overview and Requirements

JANE also provides advisory services to help organizations optimize their return on investment in human capital by bringing alignment between your mission, culture, and talent strategy.

JANE is looking to hire (kinda meta, right?) a Client Success Manager who is experienced in delivering recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services (or similar talent acquisition solutions), client relationship management, and leading recruitment teams. Being successful at a growing firm like ours means pressing into ambiguity, caring deeply about client experience and how we treat people (each other, clients, and candidates), and holding each other to a high standard of excellence. 

In this role, you will be working closely with our CEO to ensure that our growth is well supported by the exceptional client services delivery of our HaaS solution. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop Talent Consultants and Coordinators
  • Collaborate with CEO on resource planning and allocation based on sales pipeline
  • Manage recruitment of Talent Consultants and Coordinators
  • Review, establish, and implement relevant KPIs
  • Manage onboarding process with new clients
  • When necessary, take the lead on executive, technical, and more complex searches and engagements
  • As needed, help team troubleshoot challenges with specific searches and/or clients
  • Develop relationships with and become a trusted advisor to clients
  • Lead continuous improvement process and further development of best practices
  • As needed, participate in later-stage sales calls and proposal creation process to ensure team is prepared to take on new clients and engagements
  • Manage HR tech stack, key vendors, and other partner relationships

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) projects, client success management, and leading teams
  • Experience managing projects in accordance with budgets
  • Experience establishing KPIs / metrics and managing teams / projects 
  • Bachelor's degree
